In healthcare hiring, precision matters more than decoration. Licensing, specialty and relevant experience should be easy to find while patient confidentiality remains absolute.

Make professional eligibility clear
State the licensing body, status and expiry date when relevant. Place mandatory certifications and specialty near the top, and expand unfamiliar abbreviations.
Describe clinical work without sensitive data
Explain the facility type, unit, scope of responsibility and procedures you are authorized to perform. Never include patient names, record numbers or identifying details.
- Use approximate aggregate volumes only when permitted and defensible.
- Distinguish observation, assistance and independent practice.
Show your contribution to safety
You may describe a process improvement, team training or quality audit, but attribute shared work accurately and avoid causal claims you cannot support.
